Can I report a workplace situation if I am not part of the company?

Yes. The channel is open so that different stakeholders in the business ecosystem can help detect illicit activities. In any case, if the matter involves complaints about the service provided, there are other channels available to submit such complaints.

Is anonymity guaranteed when filing a complaint?

In the complaint process, you can choose whether to provide your personal information or not. If you decide not to, you will need to follow up on your complaint through the reporting channel to monitor progress and resolution. The channel will provide you with a username and password to access the status of the complaint. The channel is independent of the company and does not record the IP address from which you connect.

When will I receive a response about my complaint or inquiry? What is the resolution timeframe?

The Ethics Committee will acknowledge receipt of the complaint/inquiry within a maximum of 7 days. The resolution timeframe for inquiries is up to 90 days, unless the complexity of the case justifies a longer period.

Where is the platform that manages the channel?

The reporting channel operates on an external platform, https://ithikios.com. This company receives the complaints and automatically forwards them to the company for evaluation. Ithikios's servers are located in data centers within European territory. Your data is encrypted to minimize the risk of intrusion.

Who manages the complaints?

The Ethics Committee. The members of the Ethics Committee initiate the corresponding investigations. If necessary, the investigation may be outsourced. The individuals involved in the investigation are also subject to confidentiality obligations and privacy policies.

I  have lost the access key to check the status of my complaint. What can I do?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, only the informant knows their access code and password. If you lose either of them, you will not be able to track the progress of the communication. This doesn't mean the communication won't proceed, it simply means you won't be able to see its progress or provide additional information if the company requires it.
